The Hiram College Welcome Center serves as an information core where visitors, students, faculty and staff are greeted and assisted with information about the campus, local attractions, and our wide variety of services and resources.

Welcome Center Services
The Welcome Center is located in the heart of Hiram’s campus in the Kennedy Center building where our friendly student staff are here to help with any need, direction, question or concern.
Laptops are available to use within the Kennedy Center to individuals with a valid Hiram College I.D.
Game Room Equipment
The following games and equipment can be checked out from the Welcome Center:
Pool, Ping Pong, Foosball, Angry Birds, Boggle, Bop it, CelebriTease, Chess in case, Chess/Backgammmon/Checkers, Cribbage, Cards, Frisbee, Guesstures, Mastermind, Monopoly, Operation, Pictionary, Ratrace, Scrabble, Scrabble Deluxe, Spellbound, Taboo, Tri Bond, Trivial Pursuit Genius IV, Uno, World War, Would you Rather? and Yahtzee.
Lost and Found
If you have lost or found an item on the Hiram College Campus please see the Welcome Center front desk for assistance.
Individuals of the Hiram College Community may leave items such as flowers, letters, books, packages, etc. at the Welcome Center front desk for a Hiram College student, faculty, or staff member to pick up.
If a Hiram College Student has lost their student identification they can come to the Welcome Center where we can issue a 48 hour temporary ID. Temporary IDs are also issued by Campus Safety.
Overnight Student Guests must purchase a temporary parking permit (Daily Permit: $3.00). Guests may park in Student Parking lots after obtaining a guest parking permit. The permit is available at Campus Safety office (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and at Welcome Center (4 p.m. to closing).

- Light Plant Drive East- angled in parking
- Overlook Lot- small lot on Light Plant Drive both east/west rows
- Quad South Lot
- Bancroft Lot
- Tennis Court
- The Winrock spaces facing the Softball field
Event/Ticket Sales Sign Up
Various organizations and offices may ask the Welcome Center to coordinate sign-ups or ticket sales for their events. The organizer of the event will need to fill out a Ticket Sales Request Form or a Sign-up Request Form located at the Welcome Center.

Friday – Sunday
10 a.m. to midnight
