Historic Home Upgrades - Humanities Row

A recent gift made it possible to renovate the exterior of Pendleton House, an 1800s century home which aptly houses the History Department. The Pendleton House and Garfield Robbins Zimmerman House are two of the several 19th century homes on Hinsdale Street that have received gifts for renovations that support traditional and new styles of learning. The cluster of homes – often referred to as “Humanities Row” – serves as the hub for the School of Arts, Humanities and Culture.
