Hiram College’s Study Abroad Office is looking for stories from alumni about their study abroad experiences to feature on our blog (yes! This one right here!). We are looking for stories about what you experienced while studying abroad and how it shaped you as a person in your career and personal life, or how it impacts the work you are doing or have done. What was your biggest hurdle that you had to overcome as a student traveling abroad? What is your favorite memory? What did you see, while studying abroad, that inspired you or had an lifelong impact on you? What do you regret not doing while you were studying abroad? What did you learn about other cultures? We want to hear from you! Current students who have studied abroad can also submit entries!
You can submit your blog articles to Brittany Jackson ’04, M.A. ’15 at JacksonB1@hiram.edu. These blog posts should be approximately 500-750 words and should talk about your experiences. Please include your name, class year, and contact information so we can follow up with you!
We hope to hear from you soon!
