The Hiram College service center provides a full range of services to the campus community including:

Buying online? Looking for mail? It’s easy, just use our address with these simple instructions:

When your package arrives we will put it in our locker system, located in lower Bates Hall. You’ll receive an email from @ParcelPending with your 6-digit access code and barcode. Use the kiosk to either enter your access code or scan your barcode, a locker door will open with your package inside. Don’t feel like getting emails? Download the Parcel Pending app to make things easier. All mail/letters are stored alphabetically inside the Service Center. You’ll receive an email that it has arrived and we’ll have it waiting for you for pick up.
