OUR MISSION
Career & Community Engagement at Hiram College is committed to assisting the diverse population of students and alumni in becoming more effective and prepared professionals.
Students have access to a number of career development resources, tools, events, programming, and more. Whether it’s building a resume, networking with alumni and employers, volunteering, service projects, or learning how to interview, we can help!
2022-23 First Destination Information
The 2022-2023 First Destination Report includes data collected between August 2022 and May 2023 through Handshake. Information was primarily collected by email and reporting from faculty advisors through LinkedIn and other social media outlets. 115 reported student outcomes were reported out of 164 graduates for a 70% completion rate.

Career achievement outcomes are measured as any successful transition from college to the next step in either a career, continuing education, internship, entrepreneurial endeavor, or otherwise.

Reported graduates that completed internships were employed post-graduation. Students are more likely to be employed post-graduation if they complete an internship during their academic career.
