Housing Applications and Forms

If you will be a new student to Hiram College, it is important that you complete either the residential (on campus) or the commuter (off campus) contract for the Residential Education Office. You will receive information on how to complete these contracts during Orientation.
For the 2022-2023 academic year, the housing selection process will take place online. All students wishing to live on campus must first fill out a residential housing contract in eRezLife. Students who would like to apply to live in Specialty Housing (for example a Townhouse or All-gender Community in Bowler Hall) must ALSO complete an application in addition to the online housing contract. Specialty Housing application links can be found below.
Login for eRezLife can be found at the following link: eRezLife Login. Students will login with their current Hiram user name and password. Once they have completed a contract, students will be eligible to receive a sign-up time slot based on the number of credit hours they have earned through the Fall 2021 semester. During housing sign-ups in April, students will be able to login to eRezLife and individually choose their room for next year. Students will be assigned a sign-up time slot at the end of March. Students can check their academic transcript in my.hiram.edu for their number of Earned Credit Hours.
