CAMPUS SEX CRIMES PREVENTION ACT INFORMATION
The Federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act requires institutions of higher education to issue a statement advising the campus community where the law enforcement agency information provided by a State concerning registered sexual offenders may be obtained. The registered sex offenders list can be obtained from the Ohio Electronic Sex Offender Registration and Notification web site.

Convicted and already registered sex offenders must notify their state if they are enrolled as a student or employed at a college or university there. Sex offenders must also notify the Portage County Sheriff’s Office at 330.297.3889 and the Office of Campus Safety at 330.569.5110.
