The Tech and Trek Helpdesk is here to assist, faculty, staff, and students with any problems or questions regarding iPad kits or other learning technologies. Our services include:
- Assistance with designing or completing classroom assignments on the iPad
- Troubleshooting iPad and app software issues.
- Providing support and training in utilizing the iPad, apps, and other learning technologies
- Replacing broke or defective devices and accessories
Location: 1st floor of Library, just before the Clocktower Cafe
Academic Year Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Summer and Break Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.
