David Strukel, Ph.D., director of the Burton D. Morgan Center for Integrated Entrepreneurship at Hiram College, was selected to present his research at the annual International Communication Association (ICA) Conference, One World, One Network, in Paris this May. The selected paper “The Good, the Bad, the Ugly: Predictors of positive and negative experiences of traditional and nontraditional graduate students,” examines the success rates of non-traditional graduate students pursuing an advanced degree. Dr. Strukel served as the lead author on the paper, which he worked on with two colleagues from Michigan State University.
The ICA aims to advance scholarly research in the field of communication by reimagining scholarship on globalization and networks.
