While the economy remains sluggish in its recovery, Hiram College’s enrollment continues the upward trend it has seen for the last several years. This fall, enrollment includes 356 new students, a 7.2% increase over the 332 new students enrolled in fall 2009.
Hiram consistently ranks among top liberal arts colleges in ratings and polls from The Princeton Review, Washington Monthly, Forbes Magazine and others. “We’re very excited about our new student enrollment this fall which is a testament to the quality education we offer here at Hiram College,” says Jim Abbuhl, vice president for admission and financial aid at Hiram. “Our faculty and staff do an outstanding job of working with all of our students in and out of the classroom.”
