Freshman Austin Jenkins fnished in a tie for 21st, to lead the Hiram College men’s golf team at the BSN Fall Invitational hosted by Kenyon College on Sunday and Monday.

The Terriers finished 11th of 11 teams, with a overall score of 340-341-681.

Wittenberg won the tournament with a team score of 292-289-581.

Jenkins fired a 79-76-155 to finish in a six-way tie for 21st place on the par-72, 6,946 yard Apple Valley Golf Course.

Freshman Kyle Carile was 54th shooting 85-84-169 and sophomore James Workman(Garrettsville/Garfield) shot a 88-88-176, which placed him 59th overall.

Sam Stilwell of Wittenberg won Medalist honors with a even par score of 75-69-144.

Hiram will return to competiton at the Mount Nazarene Invitational on Saturday.
