The spring semester means it’s officially commencement season for the Class of 2013.
January 31, 2013, marks 100 days until Commencement (May 11, 2013). To begin preparation for this important day, graduating seniors are encouraged to take part in the day-long Countdown to Commencement event across campus.
By taking the following steps, at any time from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 31, seniors can make arrangements to graduate and enter to win prizes. Visit the following locations:
- Stop by the Kennedy Center Main Lounge to make arrangements for commencement events including Senior Celebrations, Commencement Brunch and Commencement. Place orders for your cap and gown and class ring. Plus, get all your questions about commencement week and commencement day answered.
- Stop by Teachout-Price Student Services Suite for Financial Aid and the Registrar to ensure you are completing all requirements necessary to graduate.
- Stop by the Career Center at Hinsdale 101 to learn the three key steps to get your career plans moving forward or to register your “first destination” if you have already made plans. Also, check in with the Office of Alumni Relations and learn about the Senior Class Gift.
