Campbell was a four-year member of the Scot Cheer and STUNT program that began during her freshman season in 2012-13. After one year of building, the Scots placed second at the NCA Championships for three-consecutive seasons.

A two-year captain on the squad, Campbell led Alma to National qualifications in the STUNT Championships. In addition to helping the team earn National recognition, Samantha also earned individual honors, being named a STUNT All-American in three-consecutive years.

Campbell spent the 2016-17 season as an assistant coach for the University of the Ozarks, a Division III school. While with the Eagles, Campbell helped the cheer & STUNT team earn a fourth-place finish at the NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Fla.
