Desktop Support Technician
Kyle Kassi handles the day-to-day servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of different pieces of equipment and software, such as the Office 365 suite, phones, laptops, and other pieces of hardware that are in use across campus. He also heads the IT help desk, a group of student workers that are interested in the IT field who are able to get experience by working closely with faculty and staff to troubleshoot their technical issues and performing tasks such as password resets and device management.
Before coming to Hiram, Kyle was previously employed at Youngstown State University as a Supervisor for the Instructional Technology department.

- He is originally from Riverside, CA until moving to PA at age 10.
