Jana Willan became the chief enrollment officer of the institution in December of 2023. In this role, she is responsible for incoming student enrollment, with oversight of Admission and Financial Aid. She had previously served as the Director of Admission since 2021 and has been employed at the college since 2015.

Jana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Ohio University in 2010 and Master of Education in Higher Education Administration in 2014 from Ohio University. Prior to Hiram College, Jana worked at Hocking College as well as Ohio University.
