Hailey assists prospective first-year students in their college decision.

She is also a Hiram College class of ’19 alumna. She studied English and writing , graduating cum laude. During her time at Hiram, she was a resident assistant, writing assistant, tutor, a member of the the tennis club and Hiram Poetry Review, and worked in the reslife office. Before becoming an admission counselor, she was a high school English teacher in Florida for two years.
