David J. Kukurza began his business career in Information Technology (IT) sales and marketing with the IBM Corporation. He held numerous positions within the USA and Latin America throughout his 30 year career at IBM. He formed his own consulting company, Leadership Insights, which helps entrepreneurs with leadership development and technology solutions.
Kukurza joined Hiram College in the fall of 2011 as academic program director and professor of integrated entrepreneurship. He redesigned the program and grew the entrepreneurship minor from 14 students to over 50 students.
