Carly Workman is a Danville, Ohio native and is an alumna of Baldwin Wallace University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout her time at Baldwin Wallace, Arthur filled many roles, but her position within Student Ambassadors helped spark her interest in alumni engagement.

At Hiram College, she plans alumni gatherings across the country and other events, such as Alumni Weekend, Homecoming, Sugar Day Social, regional events, and many more. She also serves as the liaison to alumni reunion classes to assist with class gifts with Alumni Weekend. In addition, she coordinates the student ambassador organization to assist fundraising and engagement efforts for the Hiram Fund. Most recently, she has helped to involve student giving through our annual Philanthropy Week.

She also serves as the Assistant Coach of the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Track and Field teams. Additionally, she serves on the board of ICAA (Independent College Advancement Associates) alongside with many other fundraising and alumni relations professionals around Ohio and bordering states.

Arthur previously worked with the American Red Cross, where she conducted research for disaster relief services and led volunteer recruitment programs.

Fun Facts

She and her husband have five dogs and two cats. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, her pets, and reading books. She occasionally joins her husband for a few rounds of golf here and there. She also serves on a variety of boards at her alma mater, including: Steering Committee for Women for BW, Alumni Council, and serves on the newly started Young Alumni Leadership Council.
