Hiram College

Disciples on Campus

Purpose: Disciples On Campus’s Goal is to preserve the historical connection between Hiram College, the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and the student body. We plan on campus events for the campus community to participate in and enjoy a sense of fellowship together with Hiram Disciples. Disciples On Campus is a progressive faith community open and affirming of all people regardless of gender, race, age, culture, ethnic background, sexual orientation, economic circumstance, or difference in ability. We strive to embody our vision of peace and justice through fellowship, worship, study, and service! We also encourage our members to attend Advance Ministry weekend retreats. The Advance Ministry is the young adult ministry for the Christian Church in Ohio, Disciples of Christ. It is a place that provides young adults, persons ages 19 – 29 & out of High School, a place where they can enjoy a community of Christian friends and share their love, life, and fellowship, and develop a stronger faith.
