Entrepreneurship
Aspiring business leaders are encouraged to minor in Entrepreneurship. Through multiple pitch competitions, idea refinement, mentorship, internships, and available funding, we support student startups in an effort to get business off and running. We want to give students the best chance possible at succeeding with their startups.
The possibilities are endless with an Entrepreneurship Minor. Some of the students who have graduated from Hiram College have their own clothing line, sports medicine business, medical sales, food service business, music production career, life coaching, insurance sales, and many more.

Program Summary
Entrepreneurship at Hiram integrates the concepts of entrepreneurship into the liberal arts through curricular and extra-curricular activities to help students develop skills such as – critical thinking, curiosity, ethical awareness, ability to write and speak clearly, ability to draw and synthesize knowledge from diverse sources and apply to diverse uses, insight into the human experience, and a life-long love of learning.

Ways to Get involved
Hiram College has partnered with Ashland University on a 4 + 1 program that creates a seamless progression of academic courses for students minoring in entrepreneurship at Hiram to the Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship at Ashland.
