Take the Next Step

College is not the end — it’s a new beginning. At Thrive, students receive hands-on guidance to make an easy transition into an exciting career.

Major & Career Exploration

Each student in the Thrive community receives individualized assistance to help explore majors and careers as necessary.

Social & Volunteer Experience

College is all about making new friends, exploring new interests, and challenging oneself in unique ways. Participation in clubs, sports and activities on campus are great ways to become involved. Thrive also sponsors several groups and events to help our students connect with one another and the larger Hiram College community.

Networking & Job Placement

Thrive has built a wide network of organizations that are committed to improving workplace accessibility and investing in employees from neurodivergent backgrounds. In partnership with Hiram’s Career Center, we work with our students to participate in career fairs with national and community partners to help our students connect with outstanding companies
