Hiram College is in the midst of implementing a systemic redesign of the entire undergraduate experience. The redesign is called The New Liberal Arts™, and it brings exciting changes to the First-Year Experience, Academic Majors, the Core Curriculum, Experiential Activities, and the Skill set and Mindset students will develop, resulting in a demonstrated competency in establishing a skill set and mindset needed to thrive in the 21st-century.

THE FIVE SCHOOLS

The academic program at Hiram College is organized into five schools. While each school has its own focus, the overall mission of the schools is to foster integrated and experiential learning for all students,
through an interdisciplinary and collaborative framework that operates both within each school and among schools.
