Please remember to bring your photo I.D. with you when visiting the Registrar’s Office. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Fridays, the office is open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The class schedule can be found at Click on “Class Schedule” and select the registration you need from the first drop-down menu.

Make note of the CRN number for each course you are adding to your schedule. Courses with labs will have separate CRN numbers for the lecture and lab sections, which need to be entered at the same time during registration.

*You will need your Alternative Pin (ALT Pin) from your primary advisor to register.

To web register for courses:

  • Log into Web for Students
  • Click on “Student Services”
  • Click on “Registration”
  • Enter your ALT Pin and click “Submit Pin”
  • Click on “Add/Drop Classes”
  • Select the term and click “Submit”
  • Enter the CRN for each course under “Add Classes Worksheet”, and click “Submit Changes”
  • Once submitted, you will see “Current Schedule” which will show the status of each course (“Web Registered”, or if there was an error preventing registration)
  • After your courses are added, click on “Return to Menu”, then “Student Schedule by Day and Time” to make sure your schedule is correct

If needed, a Course Registration form can be printed, or saved and completed in Notibility/Adobe. Please obtain all needed signatures and – from your Hiram email account – email the completed form as a PDF attachment to

Prior to the start of the semester and through the first week, students may add courses via the web for 12-week, 8-weeks and 3-week courses. Students must register for the entire semester by the end of the second week of the semester. Once the second week begins, students can only add courses via the Course Registration Form found in Registrar Forms, including student and instructor signature, if needed.
