Area Attractions

Hiram is located in the village of Hiram and is part of the Western Reserve area of Ohio. Encompassing roughly 3.3 million acres in northeast Ohio, the Western Reserve was claimed by the State of Connecticut after the Revolution as a "reserve" to compensate those who had suffered during the war.

While the sites below focus on the Hiram area, they include sites related to Portage County (and Ravenna, the county seat), but also Cleveland, Akron, the Warren-Youngstown area, and all of Northeast Ohio. These are just a few of our favorite local attractions, but Hiram College is not responsible for material on these websites.
