Whether you’re new to the game or looking to take your game to the next level, Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Steve Fleming, and his dedicated staff will provide a fun filled environment built on teaching the FUNdamentals. Come join us for an exciting three days of basketball and learn what it means to be a TERRIER!

Camp location
The Terrier basketball camp will be held in the state-of-the-art Coleman Sports Center, which includes a competition gymnasium and two separate fieldhouses. Hiram College is located in the village of Hiram in Northeast Ohio, on the corner of State Route 82/700 and State Route 305.

Head coach Steve Fleming
Former Hiram College star Steve Fleming, was named head coach in February 2006. He returns to his alma mater after working with the Beachwood-based National Basketball Academy, which offers basketball skill training for individual players and teams.
Prior to his time at the Academy, Fleming was an assistant coach at Division II Ashland University from 2002 to 2005. Before that he coached at Tiffin University from 1997 to 2002, spending his last three years there as the head coach. Fleming was an assistant coach at Gannon University in 1996, and before that he spent one year as a graduate assistant at Hiram.
A 1994 graduate of Hiram, Fleming was a captain and the team's most valuable player in both his junior and senior seasons. He earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference First Team honors and All-Academic Ohio Athletic Conference honors in both seasons, and was named the Most Inspirational Player in the OAC as a junior. Fleming set school records for assists, steals, career free throw percentage, and most games played during his career, and was also a two-time recipient of the Donald Campbell Award, which is presented to the College's top male athlete.
