The annual Run for Grace and Andy celebrates the lives of Grace Chamberlain and Andy Hopkins and their love for Hiram College.

Grace and Andy were first-year Hiram students killed in a March 2006 accident when their car was struck by the vehicle of a drunken driver who had eleven previous DUI convictions. Evan DaSilva was seriously injured but has recovered and has graduated from Hiram College.

Proceeds from the run and walk each year benefit the College's Grace Chamberlain and Andy Hopkins scholarship funds.

This year's race steps off at 10 a.m. at the corner of State Routes 700 and 82/305. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Participants may choose the 5K run or one-mile walk option:

The 2012 Run for Grace and Andy will take place October 6, 2012.

Pre-registration has closed for this year’s event. If you wish to run in this year’s race, day-of sign-ups begin at 8:30 a.m.
