Townhouse and East Hall Applications for 2015 - 2016

Applications will be available beginning March 2, 2015 and are due by 11:59 pm on March 18, 2015

Townhouses

Students must apply to live in the Townhouses prior to housing sign ups. Applications for the Townhouses will be due on March 18, 2015 at 11:59 pm. Notifications will be sent out March 23, 2015. In order to apply you must have all four roommates applications in their entirety submitted online. Sign –up night for the Townhouses is April 2, 2015.  Once townhouse groupings have been approved, individual student lottery numbers for each group member will be added together to create a group lottery number. (For example: If Student A's lottery number is 13, Student B's lottery number is 9, Student C's lottery number is 49, and Student D's lottery number is 28 the group lottery number would be 99.) In the case where two group lottery numbers add up to the same number, the lowest individual lottery number will be given priority. The group lottery number will be used to determine which groups will receive a townhouse. Students in groups with the lowest 26 group lottery numbers will be invited to attend sign-ups to choose their townhouse apartment. Apartments will be chosen with priority for the lowest group lottery number.

Please see the Townhouse Housing Process page for more information on this process.
