Paul Watler ’06, a field officer for the National Trust for the Cayman Islands, has been awarded an Overseas Territories Environment Programme Fellowship to attend the University of Exeter in Cornwall, U.K., where he will pursue a master of science degree in environmental conservation and biodiversity at the Temough Campus. His studies will start in September.

After he graduated from Hiram, Paul began work with began working at the National Trust for the Cayman Islands – he leads guided hikes of the Mastic Trail, which was built by his great-great grandfather some 150 years earlier.
