OBERLIN, OHIO  —  The Hiram College volleyball team rallied for a 3-2 victory against The College of Wooster today (Sunday, Oct. 17) on the final day of the North Coast Athletic Conference Volleyball Weekend hosted by Oberlin College in Oberlin.

Following today’s match, the Terriers improve to 18-9 overall and 9-1 in the NCAC.

Hiram took an early match lead by winning the first set with the final score of 25-23.  Wooster then won the next two sets, 25-19 and 25-23, to take a 2-1 match advantage.  The third set was close between the two schools, but it would be the Terriers who would come away with the win, 26-24, and even the match at 2-2.  In the fifth and final set, Hiram put the match away with a 15-10 victory and a 3-2 overall win.

Hiram will host Denison University on Wednesday, Oct. 20 at Price Gymnasium.  The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
