On Monday, May 2, the music department will honor its outstanding student performers at the Spring Honors Recital. This event will be held in Hayden Auditorium at 8 p.m., and is free and open to the public.

The following performances will take place:

Bobby Noel ’14, alto saxophone, Dis Alyscamps L’amo Souspire by Paul Maurice (1910-1967)

Alexis Alvarado ’14, mezzo-soprano, Sebben Crudele by Antonio Caldara (1670-1736) and Nel cor più non mi sento by Giovanni Paisiello (1740-1816)

Christopher LaBenne ’12, piano, Confirmation by Charlie Parker (1920-1955)

Angela Savinda ’11, mezzo-soprano, Lascia ch’io pianga by George Frideric Handel (1685-1759)

Alexander Gill ’12, trombone, Blue Trane by John Coltrane (1926-1967)

Tomoyuki Fujimoto ’14, piano, Rhapsody in G minor, Op. 79 by Johannes Brahms (1833-1897)
