In the second half, Ohio Wesleyan widened the gap when Stegner scored his second goal of the game, a rebound  goal 47:30 into the match making the score 2-0.  The Bishops put the cap on the contest following a header by Travis Wall at the 72:25 mark making the final 3-0

In goal for Hiram, sophmore Joe Rottinger (Strongsville) had a number of acrobatic saves, tallying five on the game, and played all 90 minutes, but suffered his second loss of the season and is now 2-2 on the year.
