MARIETTA, OHIO  —  The Hiram College men’s soccer game against non-conference opponent Marietta College has been canceled due to a power outage.

Due to poor field conditions, the game that was originally scheduled to start at 4 p.m. this afternoon, was rescheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. and was moved to Don Drumm Stadium.  Then during the 23rd minute with a score of 0-0, a power outage ended play and resulted in a cancellation.

No decision has been made as to whether or not the game will be rescheduled.

Hiram will travel to University Heights for a non-conference game against John Carroll University on Friday, Sept. 9.  The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
