From launching his first business in landscaping at age 10 to printing more than 10 billion square inches of paper last year at HotCards, John Gadd, president and CEO of Cleveland-based printing company HotCards, has had a passion for entrepreneurship for as long as he can remember.

Gadd’s career highlights include founding or co-founding software, printing, and marketing companies, serving as strategic counsel to C-level executives at Fortune 300 companies, and presenting talks on entrepreneurship, marketing, culture, technology, and mentorship.
