Every Wednesday during the 12-week, the Center for Integrated Entrepreneurship hosts Fireside Chats with local entrepreneurs.
At 7 p.m. at East Hall Forum, entrepreneurs will discuss their journeys – how they started their business, what they did right, what they did wrong and where they are going next.
Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 – Keepin’ It Fresh! with Trevor Clatterbuck, founder, Fresh Fork Market
While participating in the EEC’s Entrepreneurship Immersion Week the summer of 2008, Clatterback and his teammates recognized that the existing food distribution industry was not capable of sourcing from small, family farms, and the Fresh Fork Market concept was born. Over the last four years Fresh Fork Market has tackled this problem and seen exceptional results – more than 100 participating farmers, more than 1,000 customers, and more than 100 percent growth each year. Clatterback will discuss his entrepreneurial journey and how he is bringing fresh food to the people of northeast Ohio.
