The Center for Literature and Medicine will host Rick Grimm, D.O., at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2014, in Gerstacker Hall’s Coleman Room, as part of its Careers in Healthcare series.
Grimm is the director of the Echocardiography Laboratory and a staff cardiologist in the Section of Cardiovascular Imaging, the Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, at the Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute of the Cleveland Clinic.
Grimm is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography. In addition to his primary specialty of general cardiology, he has special interests in Echocardiography, Cardiac Computed Tomography, heart valve disease, cardiac resynchronization therapy for heart failure, atrial fibrillation and aortic disease.
He was named to “Best Doctors in America” for 2007-2011 and “Best Doctors in Cleveland” for 2006-2011.
