At Hiram, students with employer reimbursement programs may request tuition deferment for $50 per semester, and all students may enroll in an optional payment plan for $30 per semester.
*Additional fees per course or per semester are common at other colleges and will add hundreds of dollars to the cost of attendance. Examples include:
- orientation,
- adding or dropping courses,
- graduation,
- late registration,
- on-campus parking,
- or using the recreation and fitness center.
Graduate students are eligible for federal and state financial aid programs. The Office of Student Financial Aid works individually with students who submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine their eligibility for financial aid.
Hiram offers its adult students the convenience of student services available during extended hours, as it has done for more than 1,700 graduates for almost 30 years. The Center for Adult Studies staff will work with you through your entire admission and registration process and will continue to be your one-stop-shop for student services while you attend Hiram. We offer many other advantages:
- Classes held on alternating weekends.
- Small class sizes, averaging 16 students.
- Convenient location within a short drive of Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, and Mentor.
- One-on-one academic and career advising with Hiram faculty and staff.
- Overnight housing for students who wish to stay on campus during weekends classes are in session.
