Hiram Weekend College

Juniors and seniors may take one Weekend College class during the twelve-week term on a space-available basis. Only under extenuating circumstances may sophomores take a Weekend College class. Students indicate their interest in a Weekend College class at the Weekend College table during registration, and complete the registration process in the Weekend College office after available spaces have been confirmed. In most cases students will be notified within a month after registration whether or not there is space in the Weekend College class. The confirmation for some fall semester classes (the requests for which are made during the prior spring semester) may not be available until mid-summer. Students should have an alternative class selected in the traditional college in the event the Weekend College class is not available.

Weekend College classes during the three-week term are not normally available to traditional students. Questions concerning course schedules and availability should be directed to the Dean of the Weekend College (x5161).
