Media Services provide a number of services, such as
- Video and Audio Tape Duplication
- Off-air Recording
- Poster printing
- Lamination (posters, signs, etc.)
- Production of various presentation aids
- Instruction and technical support for use of multi-media equipment
- Check out of camcorders, cameras, projectors, and recording devices. These can be checked out for a 24 hour period
- Consultation concerning special needs for classes or events
- Services for special requests may be provided if staff and equipment is available to fit your requested needs. If not, another method will be recommended to accomplish your goals. You can reach Media Services at (330) 569-5360.
Service Charges:
- Audio Recording, $8.00 per hour
- Video Recording, $8.00 per hour
- Off Air Recording, $10.00 per program
- Film-to-Video (Digital) Transfer, $10.00 per film
- Analog (VHS,LP's,Audio Cassettes)-to-Digital Conversion, $7.00 per item
- Video-to-DVD (or DVD-to-Video) transfer, $5.00 per cass./disc
- CD/DVD Duplication (non-copyright material only), $2.00 per disc
- Videotape Duplication (non-copyright material only), $5.00 per cassette
- Audio Cassettes Duplication-High Speed, $0.50 per cassette
- -Real Time, $2.00 per cassette
- Poster Printing, from $5.00 to $30.00 *
- Color Copies $0.05 per page
- Thermal Transparencies $0.60 per sheet
* Price determined by poster size, paper texture, and coverage

NOTE: In compliance with the United States Copyright Laws, if a program is taped off-air it must be used ONLY ONCE within 10 days after the broadcast. It also must be erased by Media Services 45 days after the original broadcast.
