*On dates so noted, when students will be on campus, certain offices must remain open. If a non-exempt employee is required to work on a paid holiday, he/she will be granted an alternate work day off with pay within the same week. In exceptional circumstances, when an alternate day off cannot be scheduled within the same week, additional compensation will be granted with the approval of the appropriate vice president.
