Frank Ventura came to Hiram College in 2003 after thirty one years of service to Delphi Automotive. At Delphi he developed and managed a global technology group responsible for building manufacturing information systems. This technology group earned a reputation as one of the most progressive and innovative plant floor organizations within Delphi Automotive. Fortune magazine acknowledged one of these plants as one of America’s elite factories, August 2001. Frank was nominated by Microsoft and received the Computerworld Honors Award for technological innovation, laureate class 2001.

At Hiram College, Frank was hired as the Banner Project Manager and was responsible for completing the implementation of the Banner system. In 2005 he became Director of the Computing Services. Under his direction the Computer Center completed Banner implementation, built the Hiram Information Portal, restructured Hiram’s information infrastructure.

Outside of professional interests, he travels widely, reads, blogs, and enjoys living in Warren, Ohio with his wife, Rita.
