• Continue efforts toward making environmentally sound practices the norm for Hiram College and surrounding communities
• Offer a series of general, scholarly, and applied talks and symposia, roundtables, and conferences
• Foster a participatory public decision-making process to develop sustainable policies
• Offer a continuing education program to all adults
• Develop a Friends of the Field Station organization
