The Center for the Study of Ethics and Values guides an ethics-across-the-College effort that encourages the academic, athletics, and student life divisions to bring the insights of a liberal education to bear on ethical concerns.

The Center for the Study of Ethics and Values helps teach you

• How to communicate using the language of ethics and values
• How to identify and understand ethical issues relative to your major and across your cultures in general
• How to develop a notion of “the good”
• How to develop reasonable arguments for approaches to “the good” and to ethical behavior in areas you have studied
