The Center for Student Engagement
The Center for Student Engagement is comprised of a collaborative relationship between the offices of The Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Ethnic Diversity Affairs, The Office of Campus Involvement, and The Office of International Student Services.
The Office of Ethnic Diversity Affairs supports Hiram College’s commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, social equity, and a healthy campus climate and learning community. In collaboration with other departments and constituents, the office develops and implements programs and services that lead to the retention of students and to an enhanced quality of life for all members of the Hiram community.
The Office of Campus Involvement supports student organizations, provides leadership education, and coordinates campus programming for students at the college. The Office is committed to helping students become involved in the campus community, learn from leadership and membership in campus organizations while having fun at Hiram College.
The Office of International Student Services maintains commitment to provide leadership and support for Hiram College’s international population. The office is committed to helping students become active members of our community and experience the full range of academic and social opportunities at Hiram College. Additionally the office educates international students and others about compliance procedures in regard to visas and immigration regulations.
