Sigma Alpha Pi

The National Society of Leadership & Success

Hiram College’s Center for Student Engagement collaborates with Sigma Alpha Pi, the National Society of Leadership and Success, to facilitate a leadership program for students. At Hiram, leadership happens both inside and outside the classroom, and students in Sigma Alpha Pi participate in community service, group leadership initiatives, speakers, and networking teams.  After the first year, Sigma Alpha Pi members are expected to participate in leadership experiences that integrate Hiram’s five core values of community, learning, responsibility, diversity, and innovation.
