Will you continue to set aside rooms for incoming students?
We will continue to set aside small clumps of rooms (in addition to first year floors) for incoming students. Our goal is to prevent an incoming student from being the only first year in a section, or on a floor. As in past years, if we are able, we will accommodate an upperclassman that wishes to have a room that has been previously set aside for an incoming student if we are able.
What happens if I don’t have a roommate, but I want a double room?
You can not sign up for a room. We will be able to provide you with names of others who do not have roommates and a chance to meet, so that you can find a roommate. You may still contract with us, however, you will not be placed in a room until you have been paired up.
