Internships, volunteer experience and extracurricular activities top the list of things employers say they most want from college graduates. At Hiram College, we make sure you get just that.

Beginning with the Class of 2019, all Hiram College students complete an internship, research project or study away experience, as part of the Hiram Connect experiential requirement.

The best time to complete the hands-on requirement is during your junior year or the beginning of your senior year – or during the summer in between. But it’s never too early to start, in case you want to try all three – as many Hiram students do.
