PACE – Purposeful Academic and Career Exploration

Hiram College believes strongly in the importance of planning intentionally for the future and in making the most of your Hiram education. Use the PACE Plan (Purposeful Academic and Career Exploration) to organize your ideas about your interests and skills, your academic options, and your career-related experiences as you go. 
You will receive a PACE Plan during Orientation or from your advisor during Colloquium. Work on it during the next four years in conversation with your advisor or other faculty. It is intended to remind you of issues you could consider, resources you could use in your decision-making, and steps you can take to make plans for the future.

• Print a PACE Plan and complete it on paper.
