Where are the internships?
There is no master list of internships. They can be found many places with persistence. Start early – late fall and early winter – and plan to apply for 10-15.
- Hiram CareerNet is a database of internships posted directly to Hiram College.
- See the menu at right for resources in your career field.
- Research organizations that you are interested in by searching for internships on their websites. S Look under ‘Careers’, ‘About Us’, and ‘Employment’. If it is unclear, call and ask if the organization offers internships.
- Network with Hiram alums, professors, friends, and family to get suggestions.
- Internship information can also be found in printed directories in the Career Center.
