Reading and Performance by Clyde Edgerton, Part 2

When:
November 15, 2007 - 6:00 PM to 9:00 p.m.

Novelist Clyde Edgerton is known for his endearing and humorous depiction of small-town Southern life in books such as Raney, Walking Across Egypt, Killer Diller, The Floatplane Notebooks, In Memory of Junior, Redeye, Where Trouble Sleeps, and Lunch at the Piccadilly. He has received a Guggenheim Fellowhsip, along with five notable book awards from the New York Times. His ability to bring literature to life (and to set it to the music of his guitar) has made him a speaker in much demand. Performance will be held at the Portage County Library in Garrettsville at 6:00 PM. Books will be sold by the Hiram College Bookstore, and Edgerton will be signing.
