Craig Adams joined the Hiram College coaching staff as the head men’s golf coach in 2010-11.
Adams served as the assistant head coach of the men’s and women’s golf teams at Cleveland State University in 2005-06. During that year, the men's golf team won the Horizon League Championship to earn the first automatic bid to the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Regional Championship in school history.
Adams served as the head boy’s varsity golf coach at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin from 1996-2004, directing the school to the 2000 Ohio Division II State Championship. In nine years, NDCL posted four top 10 finishes at the state championship (9th, 1st, 3rd, and 3rd), won three sectional and three district championships and claimed six North Coast League championships. During his tenure at NDCL, Adams was named conference coach of the year six times as well as The News-Herald and The Plain Dealer coach of the year.
Adams graduated from Ohio State University in 1977 with a bachelor of science degree. He then went on to earn his juris doctor degree in 1985 and master of business administration degree in 1986, both from Cleveland State University.
Adams is a self-employed attorney residing in Shaker Heights, Ohio. He has two daughters, Amielia and Erin.
